6. Prohibited Activities
You are prohibited from:

- No PRINT ON DEMAND (POD) Sites.
7. Termination of License
- DSSC reserves the right to revoke your access to the Google Drive and terminate the license if any of these Terms are violated. You will Lose Access to Drive if you do not follow terms and conditions.
- Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the clipart and remove any designs incorporating the clipart from any active commercial or public projects.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The clipart provided through the Google Drive is offered as-is, without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. The creator is not responsible for any legal issues, damages, or disputes that arise from the use of the clipart.
9. Amendments and Modifications
DSSC reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

4. Ownership and Copyright
- The Artwork, including both hand-drawn and AI-generated elements, remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Dark Side Star Creations (DSSC)
- Users do not gain ownership or copyright over the individual elements, and the rights to reproduce, distribute, or sell the original artwork remain solely with Dark Side Star Creations.
- You must not claim the Artwork as your own work or attempt to copyright, trademark, or otherwise register it as such.
5. Prohibited Activities
- You are prohibited from using the Artwork in any manner that could infringe on the creator's intellectual property rights.
- The Artwork cannot be used in logos, trademarks, or branding, where it would be considered as a primary identifier for a product or business.
- You may not upload the Artwork to any platforms that allow sharing or distribution of assets, including but not limited to stock image websites, freebie websites, or any other platforms that allow the download of design elements.
6. Termination of License
- This license is revocable at any time if any terms of this agreement are violated.
- Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Artwork in all forms and remove any existing designs featuring the Artwork from any commercial use. You will also Lose Access to the Drive and no Refund will be given.
7. No Warranty
The Artwork is provided "as-is," without any warranty of any kind. The creator is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal disputes that may arise from the use of the Artwork in your designs. Colors may Vary due to printer and monitor settings.
8. Amendments
Dark Side Star Creations (DSSC) reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the User’s responsibility to check for updates before using the Artwork.

4. File Delivery
Digital files will be delivered automatically after payment is processed. You will receive a download link via email or directly through your account on our website. Please ensure you have access to the appropriate software to use these files (e.g., Procreate Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
5. File Formats
Unless stated otherwise, designs are provided in PNGS. It is your responsibility to ensure your equipment and software are compatible with these file formats before purchasing.
